To place an order, you must be over 18 years old, therefore, each order is considered to be submitted in accordance with this condition.
Orders
When placing an order you must enter the correct shipping address, your full name and phone number. Otherwise your shipment may be delayed or returned, we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect data.
Purpose of the product
None of our products are sold or intended for consumption. Our products are botanical specimens of ethnographic value and interest only and are provided without express or implied fitness for any purpose.
Return and Refund Policy
For all types of Rapé there is a return and refund policy. Ancestrina
offers a one gram option for all types of Rapé this to help you
choose the type that suits you best. For tepis, kuripes and other products, there is also a
return and refund policy. While our policies are firm by
obvious reasons, we will do our best to work with you and make sure that your
experience is positive
Returned Orders
If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, we will have to
charge for resending the order.
Refund of returned orders
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Delivery time
We cannot guarantee delivery times and we are not responsible for any possible delays. Inspection authorities may examine your package and delay delivery, which is beyond our control.
