What makes Rap\u00e9 Tahuar\u00ed distinct<\/h2>\n

For us, Tahuar\u00ed speaks of stillness: slowing down, returning to the body and recovering a center from which we can engage again with what is happening.<\/p>\n

    How we understand it<\/h2>\n

    In our ceremonial experience, Tahuar\u00ed has a quality we associate with calm and turning inward.<\/p>\n

    We work with it when we feel the need to slow down, stop responding immediately to every stimulus and recover presence.<\/p>\n

    Returning to our center does not mean stopping life. It means finding again an inner place from which to take part in it.<\/p>\n

    In our energetic reading, we associate Tahuar\u00ed with the second and third chakras, territories we relate to emotional movement, the will and our way of inhabiting the body.<\/p>\n
