Toloache is a common name applied to different species of the genus Datura. Understanding it calls for distinguishing a plant’s botanical identity, accounts of traditional uses and the information about each preparation that carries this name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNAM notes that the name toloache is used for different Datura species and that their taxonomic differences and toxicity matter.
